MOK SEASON 4 - "CREWS/GROUP" BACKGROUND ACTORS

We are looking for some NEW FACES to add to our existing and some new crew/groups that could be coming in season 4 of Mayor of Kingstown!

REMEMBER- THIS IS ALL BACKGROUND ACTOR PERFORMING & FICTIONAL. 

THIS FILMS IN PGH, PA. IF SUBMITTING FROM OUT OF THE AREA - PLEASE BE AWARE THERE ARE NO ACCOMMODATIONS OR TRAVEL STIPENDS CURRENTLY PROVIDED FROM THE PRODUCTION, TRAVEL EXPENSES ARE UP TO YOU IF YOU WANT TO JOIN US.

If you were already designated into a crew/group - please do not reapply here.  This is for NEW TO SHOW folks only!  We will be in touch with dates for anyone else in the coming weeks. 

IF I ALREADY APPLIED TO WORK ON THE SHOW THIS SEASON, DO I HAVE TO SEND IN ANOTHER SUBMISSION HERE?

No- If you have already applied for the show in the last month - you do not have to reapply here- however if you would like to be considered, please email us @ extraspgh@gmail.com with which crew/crews you are applying for in the subject line.  Let us know that you just signed up on airtable - and send a full body photo of yourself in that email as well. Pick one with no sunglasses, hats, no one else in it but you. 

I AM A COMPLETELY FRESH FACE AND NEW TO THE SHOW, WHAT AM I DOING HERE AND HOW DO I APPLY? 

Great! Welcome to Kingstown! 

We are looking for some NEW FACES to add to the show to help tell our story! 

If you are selected to portray and participate in one of the crews/groups - you could get multiple days work each episode between Mid January and May 2025! We like to see the same people around each crew/group so their is some familiarity to that designated group. 

RATE: 250/12 (though sometimes more featured work is bumped to 265/12 - we would discuss a higher rate if that were to apply) + overtime if you exceed a 12 hour day

TIME FRAME: 

We can work up to a 10-12 hour day. Sometimes longer. You would need to have FULL DAY AVAILABILITY to work any day we would schedule you.  That means if we book you for a specific date - you cannot have any other obligations that day that would prevent you to committing to a day on set.  If you are booked - we would email you the day before the location, time and all other information that you would need.

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY

We do work 10-14 hour days, sometimes shorter... You will need FULL DAY AVAILABILITY on days you are selected to work. If you cannot clear your day to work, then please do not commit to working. We mostly work Monday - Friday.  Kids will only work within the hours permitted by the State Labor Laws.

We will do a lot of communicating via EMAIL & TEXT (will call if no responses after multiple attempts) 

Just a friendly reminder - that any and all background work is not contracted or guaranteed work.  
There is no guarantee of work because the needs of productions change every day.  Unfortunately just like we cannot penalize you for cancelling - we cannot be held accountable when production schedules shift, or change.
